Solli’s site/civil engineering group draws upon extensive engineering and planning experience.  Solli’s staff has provided planning, design, permitting support and construction oversight on many projects throughout the region.  Solli Engineering has experience working with community officials for the successful development of a variety of projects and has presented countless applications to local Commissions and Legislative bodies, in addition to several state and federal agencies
