Provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the 40,000 square foot expansion of a distribution center located in Monroe, Connecticut. The project utilized a three-phase approach to expanding the parking area to include 340 parking spaces and associated landscape and lighting design. The Connecticut Department of Transportation Office of the State Traffic Administration certificate permitting was also required.
