Provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the development of a retail shopping center, on an existing Showcase Cinemas property in Warwick, Rhode Island. The development consisted of an 8,000 square foot three tenant building with a drive-through end cap. The project required a subdivision of land as well as permitting through Rhode Island Department of Transportation and Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management.
