We’re hiring an IT Support & Systems Administrator to keep our people and technology connected. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves problem-solving, stays organized, and thrives behind the scenes. You’ll support employees across departments, manage hardware and software setups, and coordinate with our outsourced IT provider for advanced issues. If you're detail-oriented, service-driven, and eager to make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to day-to-day tech issues, from login problems to printer malfunctions.
  • Set up and configure laptops, monitors, phones, and other hardware for new and existing staff.
  • Manage employee system access and maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment.
  • Serve as the internal liaison to our outsourced IT partner, escalating issues, coordinating device upgrades, and following up on open support requests.
  • Track software licenses and support renewals or purchases as needed.
  • Create simple guides and documentation to help staff navigate recurring tech needs.
  • Help implement security protocols like antivirus tools and multi-factor authentication.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit for this role if you enjoy helping others, stay calm under pressure, and can explain technical issues in plain language. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently, someone who knows when to troubleshoot and when to escalate.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of in-house IT support or systems administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with basic device configuration, troubleshooting, and user account management
  • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

  • Are familiar with architecture, engineering, or construction industries

Ability to commute: Monroe, CT 06468 (preferred)

Ability to Relocate: Relocate to Monroe, CT 06468, before staring work (required)
