What began as a sole practitioner in 2012, Solli Engineering has since grown into a high-performing, multi-office enterprise delivering complex development solutions that drive economic and community impact throughout the Eastern United States. Guided by the belief that Successful Projects Start Here, we have established ourselves as a fully integrated land development consultancy, offering site and civil engineering, planning and permitting, land surveying, traffic and transportation engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental services, landscape architecture, lighting design, construction-phase services, owner’s representation, and program management—all “under one roof”. For both private and public clients, this model enables seamless coordination, greater efficiency, and more predictable outcomes.
We are a team of 50 engineers, planners, designers, scientists and technical experts presently working from offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and North Carolina.
