We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about telling stories that connect people to purpose. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s ready to take ownership of marketing initiatives, elevate brand presence, and drive strategic growth across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across the firm to enhance visibility, drive engagement, and support business development goals.
- Develop and produce proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and SF330 packages, ensuring every submission reflects Solli’s brand and differentiates our team.
- Create compelling presentations and marketing collateral for client meetings, shortlist interviews, and events.
- Support business development efforts through networking event preparation, tracking opportunities, and maintaining marketing and CRM databases.
- Manage internal and external communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and event announcements.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan, track, and report on marketing and business development budgets and performance.
- Oversee and refresh website and digital presence, ensuring content remains current, cohesive, and aligned with brand goals.
- Coordinate internal events and firm-wide meetings, supporting culture and brand consistency.
- Lead social media strategy and execution, leveraging performance data to improve reach and engagement.
- Research markets, clients, and competitors to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate award submissions and industry recognitions to highlight our people and projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within A/E/C industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex RFQs/RFPs and develop persuasive, well-structured content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for layout and visual storytelling.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (Deltek Vision, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience managing web content, social media, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
