Job Description:
We’re currently seeking a Staff Accountant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who’s organized, accurate, and eager to contribute. You’ll support daily financial operations, from processing invoices and reconciling accounts to assisting with month-end close. Working under the direction of our Controller, you’ll gain experience with Ajera and build a solid foundation in finance that will grow with your career.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without constant reminders
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential financial data with care
Bonus If You...
- Have experience with Ajera (Deltek) or another project-based accounting system
- Are familiar with architecture, engineering, or construction industries
