Provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the development of a 6,500 square foot professional dental facility on a 1 acre parcel. The project included appurtenant features such as parking, access drives, utilities, and a detailed landscape design.  Once an abandoned single family residential building, now a state of the art medical office, with an Architectural design to capture the aesthetic of this historic neighborhood.
