Concourse Park

Provided comprehensive civil engineering services for a large multi-family housing development with associated amenities.  In addition to numerous high-end apartment buildings, the center piece of this development included a multi-faceted amenity area which featured a large in-ground pool, community garden, playground, hammock area, and a fire pit, all connected by robust landscaping throughout the site. The project included engineering services through all stages of project progression.
