Providing comprehensive services for the development of a 12.64 acre site with a school bus parking facility and associated office space. Site included a unique environmental challenges due to an on-site fueling station and associated underground fuel storage tanks which required additional protective measures due to sensitive location within a public supply watershed. Protective measures were also required due to the proximity of nearby vernal pools and the potential impacts to migratory amphibian species.
