Providing comprehensive planning and engineering services for the development of a retail shopping center in Newtown, Connecticut. Site included relocation of a brook and extensive Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and US Army Corps of Engineers permitting as well as zone change and regulation amendments to allow for the first drive-through in Newtown. Traffic engineering services includes significant coordination with Connecticut Department of Transportation regarding the relocation of Edmond Road, roadway design, and traffic signal design.
