ShopRite of Elmsford-Greenburgh

Providing comprehensive planning and engineering services for the development of a ShopRite grocery store in Greenburgh, New York. The development consisted of a 74,958 SF grocery store with attached 11,529 SF retail as well as a 3,000 SF retail pad located on-site. Site work required significant earthwork, including the use of stabilized rock face walls in conjunction with gravity retaining walls to accommodate proposed grading. Traffic engineering services included significant coordination with New York State Department of Transportation regarding the land donation and traffic signal design.
