Providing comprehensive services for the development of a 12.64 acre site with a school bus parking facility and associated office space. The site included unique environmental challenges with an on-site fueling station and associated underground fuel storage tanks which required additional protective measures due to sensitive location within a public supply watershed.  The site was planted with native and ornamental trees and shrubs to meet the requirements of the local regulatory agencies.  Protective environmental measures were also required due to the proximity of nearby vernal pools and the potential impacts to migratory amphibian species.
