Providing comprehensive engineering services for the development of a two-story 42,000 square foot industrial facility in Monroe, Connecticut including detailed site design, septic system design and construction administration services.  Extensive plantings were provided throughout the property with native buffer plantings, street trees, and groundcover plantings.  The building's front entrance was further enhanced through a seasonal memorial garden with seating, flagpole, and uplighting.
