Provided comprehensive engineering services for the development of a 3 acre lot with an industrial facility in Monroe, Connecticut.  Highly constrained by nearby wooded wetlands, extensive wetland plantings were designed to provide viable habitat within the two detention basins and surrounding buffer areas.  Ornamental plantings within the upland portions of the site provide an open campus feel with seasonal color.
