Provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the 25,000 square foot expansion of a distribution center located in West Haven, Connecticut. The site was located within the 100-year flood plain and required extensive permitting though Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and US Army Corps of Engineers.
