Provided comprehensive civil engineering services for a mixed-use development in Monroe, Connecticut. The project included permitting with both the Town of Monroe and the Connecticut Department of Transportation. Traffic services included detailed traffic signal plan design, intersection operations analysis, sight distance evaluation, safety analysis and local permitting and state permitting.
