Anthony serves as Program Manager for Solli’s solar site development and installation initiatives, where he has guided the successful execution of over 15 complex renewable energy projects from feasibility through construction. With a strong foundation in civil engineering and extensive experience in land development and regulatory permitting, Anthony specializes in navigating the rigorous approval processes required for large-scale solar installations, including those governed by State Siting Councils.

In his role, Anthony directs multidisciplinary teams of engineers, environmental scientists, and permitting specialists to deliver projects that meet technical, regulatory, and client requirements. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, including site feasibility, environmental due diligence, engineering coordination, and construction readiness. A key component of his work involves preparing and managing comprehensive siting applications, coordinating technical studies, and representing projects in regulatory proceedings and public hearings.

Anthony is highly experienced in working with state agencies, municipal officials, utilities, and community stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the development process. His ability to balance technical challenges with regulatory and community considerations is critical to advancing projects efficiently and responsibly.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
