Bryan specializes in boundary determination, right-of-way mapping, topographic and planimetric surveys, and utility data collection in support of public and private sector projects. He oversees survey operations from initial field data acquisition through final mapping and certification, ensuring all deliverables meet applicable Connecticut standards, including Class A-2 and T-2 accuracy requirements. His technical oversight ensures consistency, precision, and compliance across all phases of survey work.

He has extensive experience supporting municipal projects, including roadway and pedestrian improvements, utility infrastructure, and capital improvement programs. Bryan regularly coordinates with municipal staff, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to resolve boundary conditions, identify easements, and support right-of-way acquisition.
