Casey Burch is a senior member of the Solli Leadership Team, playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth and expansion. With over 20 years of experience in site/civil engineering and land development, Casey brings a deep understanding of project execution and a steady, solutions-focused approach that reflects the firm’s commitment to delivering results.

Casey has been instrumental in supporting a wide range of commercial, residential, institutional, and municipal projects throughout the Eastern United States. His experience spans all phases of development, including conceptual planning, feasibility studies, due diligence, detailed site design, and permitting coordination at the local, state, and federal levels. He is well-versed in stormwater management, utility coordination, subsurface sewage disposal design, and earthwork analysis—bringing a practical, detail-oriented perspective to complex site challenges.

Casey has been instrumental in growing Solli’s presence in Massachusetts, helping to establish and expand the Quincy office while strengthening relationships with clients across the region. He works closely with project teams and stakeholders to maintain momentum, navigate permitting processes, and deliver projects efficiently from initial concept through construction.

Known for his reliability and depth of experience, Casey provides consistent leadership across projects and teams, helping to ensure quality, responsiveness, and execution. His long-standing role within the firm reflects Solli’s core approach—strategic development, smart design, and stronger outcomes—applied with discipline and a focus on results.

Casey earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
