Eric provides firm wide leadership in project delivery, operational strategy, and organizational performance. With more than 23 years of experience in civil engineering and land development, Eric plays a critical role in advancing Solli’s operational excellence, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across all service areas.

In this capacity, Eric is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing internal processes, and aligning resources to support the firm’s strategic objectives. He works closely with senior leadership and technical teams to enhance project execution, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support scalable growth. He ensures that enterprise operations reflect Solli’s standards for quality, responsiveness, and client service.

Eric’s professional background includes extensive experience in site development, permitting, and infrastructure projects throughout the Eastern United States. He has held progressively senior leadership roles, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing large-scale telecom and infrastructure programs in highly regulated environments. This experience informs his disciplined, solutions-focused approach to operational management and project delivery.

In addition to his primary operational responsibilities, Eric provides oversight to Solli’s renewable energy initiatives, supporting their integration and continued development within the firm’s broader portfolio.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
