Jason brings nearly a decade of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering, specializing inland development and infrastructure design. His work centers on the technical planning, analysis, and execution of projects that require a thorough understanding of site constraints, regulatory requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Jason has contributed to a wide range of projects, including industrial warehouses, medical office buildings, and large-scale self-storage developments across the Eastern United States. He develops detailed grading, drainage, and utility designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, addressing complex site conditions such as steep slopes, floodplain impacts, shallow groundwater, and utility conflicts. His approach prioritizes constructability, permitting efficiency, and long-term system performance, ensuring designs meet both client goals and regulatory standards—a reflection of Solli’s focus on strategic development, smart design, and stronger outcomes.
Complementing his civil design expertise, Jason brings strong geotechnical capabilities to project delivery. He has coordinated subsurface investigations, reviewed laboratory and field data, and developed recommendations for foundation design, retaining structures, and slope stability. His experience also includes oversight of ground improvement operations, vibration monitoring, and hydraulic modeling related to stormwater and flood capacity analyses.
As a licensed Professional Engineer, Jason maintains a strong focus on technical accuracy, safety, and quality control throughout all phases of design and construction. His ability to integrate civil design with subsurface considerations makes him a valuable contributor to complex development projects.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Geotechnical and Structural Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
