
Jeffrey is a key addition to Solli’s leadership team, brought on to establish and grow its environmental services practice. With more than 35 years of experience in environmental permitting, ecological planning, and infrastructure support, Jeff expands Solli’s ability to deliver fully integrated site development solutions—adding a critical layer of expertise to the firm’s multidisciplinary approach.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has worked with leading environmental firms across the country, supporting complex transportation, energy, utility, and land development projects. His expertise includes wetlands and stream assessment, environmental impact evaluation, and permitting under a wide range of federal and state programs, including NEPA and the Clean Water Act.
Jeff also brings extensive institutional knowledge and long-standing relationships across regulatory agencies and the broader industry. His background in municipal peer review and compliance oversight provides valuable perspective on how projects are evaluated, allowing him to guide teams toward efficient, well-informed solutions that align with both regulatory expectations and project goals.
At Solli, Jeff is focused on building an environmental practice that enhances project delivery from the earliest stages—integrating permitting, environmental strategy, and site design to reduce risk and streamline approvals. His work strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver comprehensive engineering services that move projects forward with clarity and confidence.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from Northern Vermont University, and maintains multiple professional certifications, including Certified Ecologist, Senior Professional Wetland Scientist, Environmental Infrastructure Sustainability Professional and Soil Scientist.
