As Founder, President, and CEO, he leads the firm’s vision, growth, and technical direction, building a company focused on delivering real results, not slowing projects down through bloat or redundancy.

With more than 20 years of experience, Kevin brings a decisive, hands-on approach to every project. He specializes in turning complex site and infrastructure challenges into clear, actionable solutions—helping clients move from vision to execution faster and with greater confidence. His expertise spans planning, site development, transportation engineering, permitting strategy, and construction, enabling him to guide projects seamlessly from due diligence through delivery.

Kevin is known for staying close to the work. He partners directly with clients, agencies, and project teams to remove obstacles early, accelerate approvals, and keep projects moving. His deep knowledge of municipal and state processes—combined with strong relationships across agencies—helps ensure that your vision is delivered faster, without compromising quality or lifecycle performance.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, Massachusetts, North Carolina and over 20 jurisdictions across the United States, and is a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control,  Certified Development, Design & Construction Professional, Certified Retail Real Estate Professional, and LEED Accredited Professional.
