With more than 20 years of experience in civil and traffic engineering, Luke is known for his strong technical command of transportation systems and his ability to translate analysis into practical, buildable solutions that keep projects moving forward.  He has worked across commercial, institutional, and municipal sectors, developing expertise in roadway design, traffic impact analysis, signal design, and multimodal circulation planning. His work focuses on improving safety, accessibility, and overall system performance while supporting the demands of new development.

Luke leads all aspects of traffic and transportation engineering, including traffic impact studies, intersection improvements, signal design, and coordination with Departments of Transportation, state and local agencies. He works closely with integrated project teams to ensure that site design and traffic operations are fully aligned—creating developments that function seamlessly within their surrounding infrastructure. His broader experience in site development, permitting, and stormwater management brings a well-rounded, practical perspective to every project.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
