Matthew has established a reputation for integrating transportation engineering into complex development programs, ensuring that infrastructure solutions are both technically sound and aligned with client and community goals. His expertise spans traffic analysis, roadway and intersection design, and multimodal planning, allowing him to guide projects through increasingly demanding regulatory environments while maintaining a focus on efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability.

A key contributor to the firm’s geographic expansion, Matthew led the successful launch of Solli’s Charlotte, North Carolina office—demonstrating his ability to translate strategic vision into operational growth. His work in this area reflects a strong understanding of market positioning, client development, and the disciplined execution required to establish a presence in new regions.

In addition to his transportation expertise, Matthew brings a comprehensive understanding of site and civil engineering, including planning, stormwater management, and permitting coordination. His multidisciplinary perspective enables him to bridge technical disciplines, foster collaboration, and deliver cohesive solutions across the full lifecycle of a project.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
