Paul leads the design and delivery on several of Solli’s complex, high-profile site development and infrastructure projects, where his technical expertise and practical approach help guide projects from design through construction with clarity and efficiency.  With more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, Paul brings a strong technical foundation in municipal infrastructure, drainage systems, and stormwater management, combined with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to project execution.

Paul began his career with the Connecticut Department of Transportation, where he developed a deep understanding of public-sector design standards, regulatory processes, and constructability requirements. This early experience continues to inform his work today, particularly on projects that require close coordination with state and municipal agencies.

Known for his technical depth and steady leadership, Paul works closely with clients, agencies, and project teams to navigate complexity, maintain momentum, and ensure successful outcomes. His approach reflects Solli’s core principles—strategic development, smart design, and stronger outcomes—applied with a focus on precision, efficiency, and enduring value.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
