Robert brings over eight years of industry experience in subsurface investigation, geotechnical analysis, and construction support. He has developed a strong technical foundation in geotechnical engineering across a range of infrastructure and land development projects.

Robert specializes in subsurface exploration programs, including soil borings, test pits, and in-situ testing methods such as Standard Penetration Tests and dynamic cone penetrometer probes. He routinely oversees and documents drilling operations and collaborates with field crews to ensure accurate characterization of subsurface conditions. His experience extends to geotechnical instrumentation, laboratory testing coordination, and the evaluation of soil and groundwater conditions to support design recommendations.

He has contributed to a variety of transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast, including bridge replacements and roadway rehabilitation programs. His work includes assisting in geotechnical analyses and preparing reports that provide foundation design, pavement design, and construction recommendations in accordance with state agency requirements such as Departments of Transportation.

In his role, Robert supports project planning, coordination, and execution while working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Known for his attention to detail and practical approach to problem-solving, he plays an important role in delivering cost-effective and technically sound solutions that help ensure safe and successful project outcomes.

Robert is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree.
