Sam’s experience spans commercial, retail, industrial, and redevelopment projects throughout the Eastern United States, where he supports all phases of development—from due diligence and site planning through permitting and construction. His expertise includes site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management, with a focus on producing efficient, constructable designs that maximize project potential while meeting regulatory requirements.

Among Sam’s strengths is his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and navigate permitting processes at both the local and state level, helping to move projects forward with clarity and momentum. He focuses on developing efficient site layouts, stormwater management solutions, and permitting strategies that maximize development potential while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. His project experience includes national retail rollout programs, logistics and commercial developments, and sites requiring coordination with agencies such as Departments of Transportation and Environmental Protection.

In addition to his project management work, Sam actively contributes to the broader development and regulatory community, serving as Vice Chair of the Marshfield (Massachusetts) Conservation Commission. This experience provides added insight into environmental permitting, coastal resilience, and the public review process—strengthening his ability to anticipate challenges and develop well-informed solutions.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a licensed Professional Engineer, as well as a Certified Soil Evaluator and Title V Septic System Inspector.
