Taylor is an experienced Project Manager with more than a decade of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a strong focus on site development for commercial, mixed-use, residential, and institutional projects, supported by earlier experience in telecommunications infrastructure. He has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality solutions across complex and fast-paced environments, with extensive experience throughout the Eastern United States, particularly in the New York metropolitan region.

Taylor has managed large-scale programs and diverse land development projects, overseeing multifaceted sites and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet demanding schedules and regulatory requirements. His expertise includes site design, grading, drainage, utility coordination, and construction detailing, along with prior experience in telecommunications systems and structural modifications. He is highly proficient in AutoCAD and brings strong knowledge of construction detailing and field coordination.

Taylor is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut. His OSHA 10 certification further reinforces his commitment to safety and compliance across all project phases.
