The Shore Road Residence is a waterfront estate set on a 0.49 acre lot, originally built in 1898 and fully renovated and expanded in 2015 into a more than 7,000SF luxury coastal home. This project presents a highly tailored, single-family approach—where site planning, detailing, and landscape integration are carefully calibrated at a more intimate, residential scale. The transformation reimagined the property to reflect a timeless character while incorporating modern construction standards and expansive water-oriented living spaces. Guided by biophilic principles, the Solli team provided comprehensive landscape architecture services to complement the renewed home, strengthening its connection to the surrounding coastal environment while creating a sense of privacy within a well-established neighborhood.
