Town Line Plaza

We delivered full-service engineering support for the Towne Line Plaza development, a mixed-use commercial project located on Monroe Turnpike (Route 111). The scope included detailed site and roadway design, traffic signal design, utility coordination, and extensive permitting with both the Town of Monroe and the Connecticut Department of Transportation.

Our team also provided traffic impact analysis, sightline evaluations, and safety reviews to ensure operational efficiency at nearby intersections. Landscape architecture and land surveying services were integrated to support a cohesive site plan that met local zoning and aesthetic goals.
