Norton Industrial Flex-Warehouse

We provided comprehensive/civil engineering services for the 100,000± SF Flex Warehouse Development at 196 Mansfield Avenue in Norton, Massachusetts. The project included detailed grading, drainage, and utility design to support a modern industrial facility while addressing complex wetland buffers and access along Route 140. We designed an integrated stormwater management system featuring both underground infiltration and surface detention to reduce peak runoff and improve on-site water quality, delivering a compliant and efficient development that strengthens Norton’s commercial corridor.
