Genesis of Fairfield Automobile Dealership

We conducted a geotechnical engineering evaluation for a proposed 11,300 square foot automobile dealership at 328–338 Commerce Drive in Fairfield, Connecticut. The project involved three previously developed parcels consolidated for redevelopment. Our team characterized subsurface conditions, completed detailed engineering analyses, and delivered geotechnical design and construction recommendations to support the new building and associated pavement areas.
