Solli provided sediment and erosion control inspection services for this 1.99‑MW AC solar photovoltaic facility, supporting compliance during construction of the multi-acre ground-mounted system. The project involved site disturbance, including roadway improvements, grading operations, and installation of solar array infrastructure across a largely undeveloped portion of a larger agricultural property. Given the scale of earthwork and the presence of on-site drainage features, maintaining proper erosion controls and preventing off-site sediment migration was a critical component of construction-phase engineering oversight.

Solli’s rolefocused on monitoring and documenting the contractor’s implementation ofapproved erosion and sedimentation control measures in accordance with theConnecticut Guidelines for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control and applicablepermit requirements.
