Lime Rock Park: Trackside Garage Condominiums

At Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, Connecticut, Solli provided geotechnical engineering services for a trackside garage condominium that includes 20 individually owned, customizable, luxury garage spaces with private owner amenities and direct access to the racetrack.

Located in a lightly wooded, undeveloped area adjacent to the racetrack, the project required a detailed understanding of the site conditions, and our team characterized the subsurface conditions, conducted engineering analyses, and provided geotechnical design and construction recommendations for the new, single-story, 16,000 square foot building and surrounding pavement areas.
