Solli has maintained a strong, ongoing relationship with Lowe’s Home Improvement since 2017 under a Master Services Agreement, supporting a wide range of projects throughout New England and the Tri-State area. As one of the largest and most recognized home improvement retailers in the United States, Lowe’s represents a premier client whose developments demand consistency, efficiency, and technical excellence. Through continued investment in both new construction and enhancements to existing stores, Lowe’s remains highly active in expanding and modernizing its footprint across the eastern U.S.

Site/civil engineering and traffic engineering are among the services provided across a diverse portfolio of Lowe’s projects, including ground-up developments, site modifications, and operational enhancements. Work has included concept planning, detailed site design, and extensive permitting support, often within complex regulatory environments. Projects have ranged from large-scale site improvements—such as waterfront promenade reconstruction and stormwater management upgrades in Brooklyn—to site plan modifications and expansion of outdoor display and storage areas to support evolving retail operations.

The Solli team has led permitting strategy, zoning analysis, and coordination with local and state agencies, while preparing technical documentation and plan sets to secure approvals.
