The company continues to expand its regional presence through thoughtfully designed, high-performance facilities that require careful coordination with local agencies and surrounding communities.

Car wash and detailing centers of this scale present unique site planning and engineering challenges, including accommodating high-volume vehicle queuing, ensuring safe and efficient traffic circulation, and integrating specialized building systems within constrained urban sites. Each project required detailed analysis of existing conditions, reconfiguration of access and egress, and incorporation of operational elements such as multi-lane queuing, automated pay stations, and dedicated service areas. In Dorchester, for example, the project reoriented site circulation and expanded on-site queue capacity to prevent vehicle stacking within adjacent public roadways, significantly improving safety and traffic operations.
