Tell us about your recent accomplishments.

Over the past year, we have continued to build on 14 years of sustained growth, expanding our footprint with a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina, launching our Environmental Services Group, and introducing a new brand identity that better reflects the full breadth of services we provide.

We have grown from a sole practitioner firm into a multi-office organization serving clients throughout the Eastern United States, achieving consistent annual revenue growth while maintaining strong client and employee retention.

In 2026, we were honored with an ACEC-CT Engineering Excellence Award, recognizing our team’s technical expertise and commitment to innovative project solutions.

What are your plans for future growth?

We plan to continue expanding strategically alongside our clients while investing in our people, service offerings and geographic reach. Our focus remains on sustainable growth, attracting top talent, strengthening long-term client relationships, and delivering integrated solutions that help projects move from vision to reality.

How is your organization involved in the community?

Solli’s employees are deeply engaged in their communities, serving as youth sports coaches, planning and zoning commissioners, conservation and historic district commissioners, industry mentors and nonprofit volunteers. The firm supports community, educational, environmental and charitable initiatives that strengthen the places where its employees live and work.
